
Nursing Educator

**1. Training & Education**:
- Develop and deliver nursing education programs, workshops, and training sessions.
- Conduct classroom and clinical training for nurses, nursing students, and new hires.
- Provide continuing education on best practices, new medical technologies, and evidence-based nursing care.
- Assess the learning needs of nursing staff and create customized training plans.
**2. Curriculum Development**:
- Design and update training modules in alignment with industry standards and healthcare regulations.
- Integrate new research findings and medical advancements into nursing education.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements.
**3. Clinical Supervision & Evaluation**:
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff during clinical practice.
- Monitor and assess the performance of nurses and students through observations and evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve clinical skills and patient care.
**4. Policy & Compliance**:
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, nursing protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and safety programs.
- Support accreditation processes and compliance audits.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
