Job Summary: The Nursing Educator is responsible for providing high-quality education and training to nursing students and staff. This role involves developing curriculum, delivering lectures, facilitating clinical training, and ensuring the academic and professional growth of learners. The educator will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain current industry practices and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1.Curriculum Development and Delivery: oDesign, update, and implement nursing education programs aligned with accreditation standards. oPrepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to meet learning objectives. oDeliver classroom lectures, clinical training, and simulation-based learning. 2.Student Support and Mentorship : oProvide academic guidance and mentorship to nursing students. oEvaluate and monitor student progress through assessments and feedback. oOffer support to students to enhance their learning experience and career development. 3.Clinical Supervision: oCoordinate and supervise clinical rotations in collaboration with healthcare facilities. oEnsure students adhere to clinical guidelines and patient safety protocols. oEvaluate clinical competencies and provide feedback to improve performance. Working Conditions: Academic setting with classroom and clinical environments. May require travel for clinical site visits or professional development. Flexible working hours to accommodate academic and clinical schedules.
