**Job Title**: Associate Professor in Community Health Nursing

**Qualification and Experience**:MSc in Community Health Nursing with 60 % marks**. Teaching experience of atleast **8 years** in a Nursing College as Assistant Professor.

**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching and Curriculum Development**:Designing, developing, and delivering high-quality courses in community health nursing at undergraduate and graduate levels.
Creating course materials, syllabi, assignments, and assessments that align with the learning outcomes and educational standards.
Implementing innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding.
**Research and Scholarship**:Conducting original research in the field of community health nursing or related areas.
Publishing research findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences.
Mentoring and guiding students in their research projects and scholarly activities.
**Mentoring and Advising**:Advising students on academic and career-related matters, including course selection, research opportunities, and post-graduation paths.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior faculty members, adjunct instructors, and graduate teaching assistants.
**Supervision and Evaluation**:Overseeing the clinical experiences and practical components of community health nursing programs, ensuring students gain relevant and practical skills.
Conducting evaluations of student performance and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
**Service and Community Engagement**:Participating in departmental and institutional committees and initiatives to contribute to decision-making and policy development.
Collaborating with community organizations, healthcare institutions, and public health agencies to establish partnerships and facilitate student engagement in real-world healthcare settings.
**Professional Development**:Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in community health nursing, teaching methodologies, and healthcare practices.
Attending workshops, seminars, and conferences related to nursing education and community health.
**Leadership and Administration**:Assisting in program accreditation processes and ensuring that community health nursing programs meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
Participating in faculty meetings, contributing to curriculum planning, and collaborating with colleagues on program improvements.
**Contributions to the Field**:Writing textbooks, book chapters, or other educational materials that contribute to the field of community health nursing.
Serving as a reviewer for academic journals or as a panelist for academic conferences.
**Advocacy and Outreach**:Engaging in outreach activities to raise awareness about public health issues and promote preventive healthcare practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
