**Responsibilities**
- Call Handling from Customers and resolve the issues
- Supporting the Query and doing the needful
- Lead Generation
- Proactive work to be done

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu
- Prefer proficiency in Hindi and Kannada
- Must be comfortable using Excel and Google sheets
