**Hotel Sales & MICE Executive**

**Experience**:
Minimum 1 to 2 years in Hotel Sales / Frontline Sales in any industry.

**Job Purpose**:

- To develop the Corporate & Travel Agent segment for Delight Hospitality’s 3 hotels near Kempegowda International Airport and generate business across the group’s properties.
- Achieve the revenue & room night targets allocated for each of the Corporate Boutique Hotels under Delight Hospitality.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Travel Agencies, Event Planners, and Corporates in Bangalore and other parts of India.
- Identify potential customers and expand the account portfolio by onboarding new accounts, ensuring business opportunities align with Delight Hospitality’s strategic direction.
- Effectively communicate Delight Hospitality's value proposition within the designated sales geography.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations to prospective customers to highlight the features of our hotels.
- Carry out market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities, ensuring the company remains competitive.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue and Central Reservation teams to develop promotional material and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Create a potential pipeline of prospects for MICE and FIT, focusing on hotel sales and corporate business.
- Manage negotiation and contract agreement finalization, ensuring smooth business transactions.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum Graduation. Post-Graduation will be an added advantage.

**Age**:

- Less than 26 years.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
