**What you will do**:

- Answer calls professionally to provide information about pet products and services or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the designation department for further investigations.

**What are we looking for**:
We're on the lookout for a Customer Delight Executive with:

- Two years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (Voice and Non-voice process)
- Excellent communications skills and can speak English fluently
- Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure
- Current or previously has been a pet parent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
