**Role Overview**:
An Associate Partner at RedSeer is an experienced sales & delivery leader who has a proven track record of managing high performing sales teams and delivering growth with full responsibility of the annual revenue target. Associate Partners propose and close sales that achieve total revenue growth, profit, and customer satisfaction plans.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive the organization’s success by developing existing client relationships and forging new relationships.
- Play a key role in defining the strategic priorities and future direction of the Organization.
- Build positive client relationships that provides avenues for ongoing engagement including new business opportunities.
- Lead and contribute to proposals, client presentations, and the finalization of deliverables.
- Builds the required executional capability including alignment, ability, infrastructure, processes, systems to name a few.
- Lead and own the overall delivery of engagements -from problem structuring / scoping to execution and delivery.
- Contribute to our marketing initiatives and thought leadership pieces ; creates high quality differentiated content that contribute to the org / practice’s success.
- Communicate strategy and vision to team members; supports the transition through enterprise changes.
- Create conditions to enable performance excellence and innovation.
- Mentor and guide team members making sure that every team member has a clearly chartered growth / career plan.
- Ensure a fun and motivated work culture within respective teams.
**Requirements**:
- Management degree from a top-tier institute with a strong academic background, with 8+ years of relevant consulting experience after Post-graduation.
- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent time-management and organization skills.
- Exposure to core-consulting skills (presentation skills and client management skills).
- Experience at drawing insights from data.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to people management and team development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team.
- Driven/Motivated about working in an entrepreneurial setup.
- Ability to drive clarity of thoughts amidst ambiguous situations
