Our Partner Success Associate is interested in research and networking within the culture sector. They are curious, open to learning and our personal evangelists. They believe that our success is linked to the success of our Partners. They assist in devising strategies to keep our Partners engaged and monitor their communities' health. They assist our Partners in increasing their engagement on Dara.

You will:
- Work remotely and report to Partner Success Manager
- Help maintain Partner relationships
- Maintain clear communications with our Partner communities
- Analyze engagements across Partner communities
- Devise and execute community engagement activities online and offline as needed
- Conduct interviews, surveys and polls, to provide keen insights in ensuring our Partners and their communities are healthily engaged on Dara
- Prepare reports and conduct research as required towards Partner community engagement

- Self-driven with strong work ethics
You may be a fit if you have:
- An excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Impeccable customer services skills and are empathic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong aptitude for technical software products
- 0-2 years of experience in a relevant job role
- A Bachelor's degree in the arts or in business management
