We are seeking an experienced Partner Success Manager to join our Global SI Alliances team in Bengaluru, India. This is a high-impact individual contributor role critical to the success of large-scale Guidewire implementations led or supported by Systems Integrator (SI) partners.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in delivery management, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation, and will work closely with SI partners to ensure effective project execution. This role supports global implementations, requiring flexible work hours and frequent collaboration across time zones.

You will act as a trusted liaison between Guidewire and our partners - ensuring readiness for delivery, enabling effective adoption of Guidewire cloud products and features, and driving high-quality execution that leads to successful customer outcomes. The role demands proactive leadership, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders to deliver value.

As a Partner Success Manager, your role is to ensure the readiness and quality of our System Integrator (SI) partners' delivery practices. You will maintain a portfolio-level view of partner engagements, driving proactive alignment and effective collaboration to achieve high-quality customer outcomes.

This role requires a full-time commitment, with a focus on supporting our US partners and clients. You will be expected to align your working hours with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) to facilitate seamless collaboration and ensure a high level of service. This may involve working early mornings or late evenings in India, depending on the needs of the projects and stakeholders. We value flexibility and open communication to meet our d goals.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensure partner alignment and readiness for planned engagements by leading readiness assessments and addressing capability gaps. Facilitate the onboarding of new partners and teams, and contribute to the development of scalable enablement programs to enhance partner capability.

Maintain a 360-degree view of the SI delivery portfolio to understand performance patterns and proactively prevent and resolve delivery issues. Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and Guidewire teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Lead, manage or contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the overall maturity and competitiveness of SI partners' Guidewire practices, positioning them as trusted advisors and preferred delivery partners.

Lead regional partner portfolio calls to align Guidewire and partners on delivery activities and resolve escalated issues. Monitor and communicate partner performance data to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.

Enable partner understanding and adoption of new Guidewire features, especially in cloud-based implementations including organization and support for enablement or marketing events.

Manage end-to-end coordination for Guidewire implementation projects involving SI partners, ensuring delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and business value realization

Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks through structured partner engagement, governance, and escalation mechanisms

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Guidewire, partners, and customers to ensure consistent communication, issue resolution, and transparency

Lead partner project readiness assessments and support enablement efforts to address capability or planning gaps

Monitor implementation progress to identify at-risk partner projects and drive timely corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes

Contribute to creation and delivery of scalable enablement programs - including onboarding, advanced training, and frameworks - to grow partner capability across Guidewire products, methodologies, and delivery models

Coach partners on Guidewire's delivery framework, ensuring consistent use of implementation methodologies and best practices

Implement partner governance models to improve delivery quality, reduce risks, and enable seamless collaboration

Track and report on partner performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic investment decisions

Influence partner strategy by analyzing ecosystem trends, identifying capability gaps, and collaborating with internal leadership to align investments with long-term business goals

Facilitate structured retrospectives and feedback loops with partners and internal teams to enhance delivery models, enablement assets, and ecosystem scalability

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized and reputable university

Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software delivery, with at least 3 years working directly with or managing SI partners

Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations and a strong background in the insurance domain

Proven track record managing large-scale implementation projects and driving measurable customer and stakeholder outcomes

Prior experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and influence at multiple organizational levels within client and partner organizations

Demonstrate experience working with India-based SI partners in a delivery leadership or coordination capacity

Strong understanding of project governance, partner engagement models, and risk mitigation strategies in complex delivery environments

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills across technical and business stakeholder groups

Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and adaptability in fast-paced, global delivery settings

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

Flexibility to support non-standard working hours due to global collaboration demands

Guidewire product and core system implementation experience is required

Familiarity with partner enablement, delivery quality programs, and capability-building initiatives is a plus

Exposure to cloud transformation programs or SaaS delivery models is highly desirable

Preferred: Experience working with multiple global SI partners or on multinational delivery programs

Preferred: Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices in enterprise software delivery
