Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Telecaller to join our real estate company. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our real estate services, and generating leads for our sales team.
**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about our real estate offerings.
Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their requirements and interests.
Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our sales team.
Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
3-5 year experience required
Proven experience in tele sales or customer service.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 3 years (preferred)
