This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills Real Estate Market Knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of local real estate trends and market dynamics to effectively engage potential clients. Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Proven track record in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales successfully. Sales Techniques: Familiarity with advanced sales techniques and the ability to implement them to achieve sales targets and increase profitability. Property Valuation: Competence in assessing property value accurately to recommend realistic pricing and investment strategies to clients. Marketing Strategies: Knowledge of creating and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote project offerings and attract potential buyers.
