**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT-related events, including corporate meetings, product launches, tech conferences, webinars, hackathons, and networking events.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, HR, leadership) to understand event goals and align them with business objectives.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers for catering, AV equipment, event tech, and branding materials.
- Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, registration, ticketing, and attendee management.
- Coordinate virtual and hybrid events using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex.
- Develop promotional strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to maximize event attendance and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and safety regulations.
- Manage on-site event execution, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
- Collect feedback, analyze event success, and provide post-event reports for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate and technology-focused event planning.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in event management tools and virtual event platforms.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in planning large-scale IT conferences, seminars, or product showcases.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for event promotions.
- Certification in Event Planning (CMP, CSEP) is a plus.
