**Role Overview**

As a **Working Partner**, you will play a leading role in managing the academy, converting leads into sales, overseeing operations, and driving profit in both the training and client service verticals. This is not a job - it’s a long-term **growth and ownership opportunity**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-manage day-to-day operations of the academy
- Convert leads into training admissions and marketing clients
- Lead the sales and marketing team with focus on growth
- Maintain the quality and performance of the academy’s infrastructure
- Develop new training and internship models
- Build strategic partnerships to grow the client base
- Monitor finances, profit-sharing, and business expansion plans

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Passionate individuals with a background in **sales, marketing, or business operations**:

- Must be willing to work on-site in **Kochi** and manage operations full-time
- Prior experience in digital marketing or managing a team is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership drive
- Someone who can **invest ₹5 Lakhs** (structured as ₹50K per month for 10 months)
