**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate in developing and implementing technology-driven solutions tailored for the travel industry.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and IoT to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Strategize business growth through IT innovations and integration of advanced travel management systems.
- Build, lead, and mentor a tech team aligned with business objectives.
- Engage in business development, client acquisition, and establishing long-term relationships with travel partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and relevant.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in IT development or management, preferably in the travel domain.
- Strong background in web technologies, mobile app development, and cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of travel management systems (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to contribute financially (optional, depending on partnership terms).
