Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Office
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts, managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive
- Handle confidential information and maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Coordinate and plan meetings, conferences, and events
- Provide administrative support to the executive and department as needed, including managing expenses and coordinating with other departments
- Manage a team of administrative staff, providing direction and support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Good Communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Experience working with a senior executive or in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Assisting the meeting seminars around Kerala (should be willing to travel across Kerala).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
