**Job Profile: Field Sales Representative for Premium Indian Snacks Brand (Mumbai)**
**Position**: Field Sales Representative - Retail Store Marketing & Product Placement
**Location**: Mumbai
**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to represent and promote our premium Indian snacks brand within the retail market of Mumbai. The primary objective is to approach retail stores, identify suitable outlets for our product placement, introduce our brand, secure orders, and ensure ongoing product placement and relationship management.
The role requires a proactive and customer-oriented individual who can establish and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers, negotiate effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced sales environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Retail Store Identification & Approach**:
- Research and identify potential retail stores (grocery stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.) suitable for our brand's products.
- Visit and approach these stores, introduce the brand, and assess their potential for carrying the product range.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate store owners about the brand's unique selling points.
**2. Sales & Order Generation**:
- Convince store managers/owners to place an order for the brand’s products based on the store’s profile and target customers.
- Communicate the terms of sale clearly, negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms to close the deal.
- Process and track orders, ensuring timely and efficient product placement.
**3. Product Placement & Brand Visibility**:
- Ensure that the brand's products are displayed prominently and in an attractive manner in the retail store.
- Provide necessary marketing materials and product displays to enhance visibility and sales potential.
**4. Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners and managers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for any concerns, queries, or service issues.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure repeat orders.
**5. Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of orders, store visits, product placement, and sales activities.
- Provide daily or weekly reports on sales performance, targets achieved, and customer feedback.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the premium snack or food industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of retail market dynamics, especially in Mumbai.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
- Travel expenses and allowances will be provided.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
