Job Title: Sales and Operation Specialist CSE (Females Only)

Location: Jaipur

Travel Tramp, a leading provider of travel services based in Jaipur since 2022, is currently seeking a dedicated Sales and Operation Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day sales and operational activities, including customer service, sales training, and sales management.
- Promote Travel Tramp's services and cultivate relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Provide effective sales training to team members.
- Manage campaign operations to optimize sales performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Previous experience in sales and operations, with a focus on calling sales.
- Proficiency in delivering effective sales training.
- Knowledge of the travel sector.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive salary: ₹17,000 - ₹20,000 per month.
- Cell phone reimbursement.
- Day shift schedule.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of total work experience.
- Experience in campaign management, sales, and management roles preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
