Job Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Chennai / Kolkata.

You will be reporting to Manager, Global Analytics

You are responsible develop Machine Learning / Predictive Analytics models.

**Responsibilities**:
Convert client's business problem into statistical problem and develop appropriate solutions.

Develop suitable Machine Learning models

Leverage experience in Machine Learning to improve existing solutions and design bespoke solutions.

Skills and Qualification:

- 3 - 4 years of experience in developing Machine Learning and specifically at least 3 years on Analytics solutions for problems.
- Hands-on experience in creating and developing fraud solutions in the BFSI / Healthcare / Telcom domains
- Experience in Deep Learning, NLP & GenAI at the workplace.
- Present solutions/ analysis to leadership/key stakeholders
- Proficient in open-source programming including Python
- Understanding of NLP, Data Engineering, Cloud Computing, ML Engineering.
- Data cleaning and preparation (Missing value handling, Pipelines)
- Develop Regression based models, Support Vector Machines, Random Forests & Neural Networks for Fraud Analytics
- Expertise in handling issues related to Model Overfitting & Underfitting, understanding of Cross-Validation, Feature generation, Gradient descent & XG boost)
- Data visualization using POWER BI or Tableau, or any other visualization tool is desirable.
- Experience on at least one of the tools like SAS, SQL, SPSS etc. is desirable.
- Understanding of statistical techniques.
- Preferred MBA/ M.SC from Statistics / Economics / Mathematics, Graduate - B-Tech / BE or B.Sc. in Statistics / Economics / Mathematics
