You will be reporting to Manager, Global Analytics

**Role and Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a primary POC between Operations and clients.
- Recommended responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Lead, manage, motivate and work as Individual contributor role.
- As data analyst - Drive consistency to ensure the strong quality performance and alignment across all programs
- Deliver insights to continuously improve and deliver outstanding customer experience across program.
- Work alongside Ops and WFM team to Forecasting
- Implement the desired out and drive the process improvement
- Identify possible issues and trends and communicate them to relevant stakeholders
- Implement initiatives and projects to counteract any possible trends.
- Analyse Exit Survey (CSAT & DSAT) and performance trends to provide recommendations for program improvement
- Responsible for the delivery of Data & Analytics metrics, forecasting at MBRs and QBRs

Years of Experience: 3 Years to 5 Years

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Required Skills: Python coding skills, Visualization (Power bi), Advance Excel and data mining (Information Retrieval through text)
