Apprentice - Commodity Sales & Analytics Support

**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity for an Apprentice has opened in the APAC Analytics Sales Team for 12 months. This individual will be working along-side Commodity Specialists as part of APAC Analytics sales team delivering YoY growth including white space analysis and the successful deployment of our Commodity Service Module (CSM) for our clients. The apprentice will be aligned with 1 or 2 Commodity specialists, working in close collaboration to expand, retain & grow the analytics/Insights business across multiple regions & commodities and support client account managers and other stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research**: Conduct in-depth research to identify white space opportunities within the market, analyzing trends and potential client needs.
**Customer Targeting**: Assist in profiling and segmenting target clients based on their requirements and potential for analytics services.
**Customer Support**: Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings and engagements with clients.
**Data Management**: Help monitor subscription usage statistics and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
**Documentation**: Document insights and findings from research activities, ensuring all information is organized for team reference.
**What We're Looking for**:
Graduates or post-graduates (preferably in economics, marketing or commodity related courses), preferably passing out in 2024
Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and proficiency in 1 or more Indian language(s)
Demonstrates a genuine interest and ability in commodity markets
Strong presentation skills
Must have strong organizational skills and display strong time management skills
Strategic and analytical mind set with strong interpersonal skills
