We're seeking a Business Analytics Associate to join our dynamic Conference Business Analytics team, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and impact of our conference data initiatives.
Here's how you'll succeed in this role:
- **Conference Concierge**: Support our conference partners with their analytical needs, translating their questions into actionable insights and reports illuminating the attendees' journey.
- **Strong Business Partner**: Foster strong relationships with conference partners, actively listening to their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- **QA Maestro**: Review and set up rigorous quality assurance (QA) processes for our reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency for data-driven decision-making.
- **Reporting Architect**: Build and maintain a comprehensive inventory of reports, creating a clear map of available insights and streamlining access for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Power BI Wizard**: Leverage your 1+ year of Power BI expertise to craft compelling visualizations and reports that tell data stories with clarity and impact.
- **SQL Sorcerer**: Wield your SQL magic to extract and manipulate data precisely, fueling insightful reports and analysis.
- **Dax Detective**: Debug and test DAX formulas with confidence, ensuring the calculations behind your reports are accurate and efficient.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years applicable experience
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with conference or event data.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and Figma.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in the data analytics landscape.
