**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Producer located in Gurugram. The Conference Producer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing conference events. Day-to-day tasks include market research, agenda curation, acquiring & managing speakers, content and marketing support. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the events.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Marketing or/and related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B conference production is a must
- Experience in technology, FinTech, BFSI, startup ecosystem is a plus
- Strong market research and analytical skills to identify key industry trends and topics
- Speaker acquisition skills and proven ability to secure industry top-tier speakers and build industry networks
- Speaker management: Ensuring attendance of the acquired speakers on the D-day and also managing drop-outs if any with backup speakers
- Ensure timely creation of agenda and effective speaker onboarding for marketing and sales efforts
- Ability to curate saleable conference sessions and topics, opening up revenue streams and maximizing participation
- Engage with speakers to shape session content and ensure alignment with conference objectives
- Monitor industry developments and competitor events to identify new opportunities for content and speaker acquisition
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve content quality
- Proactive and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects (conference)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
