Event Marketing StrategistThe Event Marketing Strategist will lead the design and execution of high-impact physical and virtual events to generate pipeline, strengthen our brand, and create meaningful engagements with enterprise decision-makers. They will develop an annual and quarterly event calendar aligned with GTM priorities and target markets.Define event objectives, target personas, key messages, and success metrics for each event.Research and recommend relevant industry conferences, expos, and niche forums for BFSI, insurance, logistics, and enterprise tech.Key Responsibilities include:Event Strategy and PlanningDevelop an annual and quarterly event calendar that aligns with business goals and target markets.Define event objectives, target audiences, key messages, and success metrics for each event.Research and recommend relevant industry conferences, expos, and niche forums.Audience Acquisition and EngagementPlan and execute pre-event campaigns (email, social, , partners) to drive registrations and booth visits.Coordinate with sales teams on outreach to key accounts and prospects before, during, and after events.Design interactive experiences at events (live demos, workshops, breakouts) that showcase real-world use cases and outcomes.Requirements:4+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise software.Proven track record of planning and executing successful conferences, trade shows, webinars, or field events.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events, timelines, and stakeholders.Experience collaborating with sales, product marketing, and creative teams.Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation tools for registrations, tracking, and follow-ups.Benefits:Opportunity to position Scry AI as a thought leader in enterprise AI through impactful, memorable events.Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams.Professional development opportunities.
