KR Mangalam University seeks a creative Video Content Producer to Conceptualize, capture and produce high-quality video content for events, social media, and UGC. The role involves planning, shooting, editing, and distributing engaging visual content that enhances our university’s brand and digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Video Production & Editing**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for university events and social media.
- Develop storyboards and scripts to create clear, engaging narratives.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Collaborate with teams to produce content aligned with marketing goals.
- Incorporate user-generated content from students, faculty, and events.
- Manage the team of Social Media Manager, Event Coordinator, and Videographer &Editor.
- **Technical & Project Management**:

- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- **Digital Strategy**:

- Optimize videos for various platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years in video production and editing.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Familiarity with graphic design/motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- **Creative & Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong storytelling, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
