Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you would assist the Continuous Improvement Team to provide high quality and high impact analytics to assist decision making across the COO department. Working alongside the CI team to ensure deliverables are met through, scoping, design, build and implementation. As well as meeting the quality standards and achieving a best-in-class level of output.

- **What you will be doing**:

- Business awareness: an appreciation for the factors that drive profitability within a business
- Storytelling: distilling insights from a wide variety of evaluation and building a story that helps others to assess the methodology and implications of your evaluation. Includes the effective use of data visualisation to draw out themes from analysis
- A technical self-starter, able to learn new tools and address problems proactively
- Familiarity with modern business intelligence tools and data architectures, especially Tableau
- Strong numerical abilities with knowledge of common analytics capabilities and keenness to succeed at advanced techniques (such as statistical analysis, machine learning and automation)
- Experience to work effectively with stakeholders across the business
- A Company wide data culture and give others the confidence to leverage analytics for major commercial selections

**What we are looking for from you**:
**Essential**:

- Develop and maintain relational databases and SQL
- Data analytics solution architecture
- Coding experience in any programming language

**Desirable**:

- Developing and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using tools such as Alteryx
- Ability to train and mentor new and existing staff
