Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned leader to build and scale our Adobe Solution Practice, focused on driving impact for clients across Adobe Experience Cloud, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Analytics, Target, and Marketo. The Practice Head will be responsible for defining the vision, growing capabilities, shaping go-to-market offerings, and delivering business outcomes that establish LatentView as a premier Adobe partner.

Responsibilities:

  1. Practice Leadership

Define and own the strategic roadmap for LatentView's Adobe Solution Practice.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across consulting, data engineering, and analytics.

Establish best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets to differentiate LatentView's Adobe offerings.

  1. Client Impact & Delivery

Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and design Adobe-led solutions.

Oversee delivery excellence across Adobe engagements, ensuring measurable impact on marketing, customer experience, and revenue.

Shape solution architectures that integrate Adobe Experience Cloud with broader martech and data ecosystems.

  1. Partnership & Ecosystem

Strengthen LatentView's partnership with Adobe – drive certifications, co-innovation, and joint GTM initiatives.

Represent LatentView in Adobe forums, industry conferences, and client showcases.

Build alliances with adjacent martech/data players to extend practice relevance.

  1. Business Growth

Drive pipeline growth by shaping proposals, influencing deal cycles, and positioning LatentView as a strategic Adobe partner.

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing accounts.

Achieve revenue, margin, and practice growth targets.

Skills:

15 to 20 years in the Datadomain

15+ years of experience in digital marketing, martech, or data-driven consulting. Proven leadership in building practices or solution lines, preferably around Adobe Experience Cloud. Deep expertise in 2–3 Adobe platforms (AEP/RT-CDP, AJO, Analytics, Target, Marketo).

Excellent client-facing, communication, and thought-leadership skills.
