Position: Sales Executive
Experience: 2-5 years
**Salary**: 2-4LPA+incentives
Location: Noida
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
4. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share.
6. Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to stay ahead.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, etc.) to align sales efforts.
8. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
**Requirements**:
1. 1-3 years of sales experience in [Industry/related field].
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3. Proven sales track record and achievement of targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills:
1. Industry-specific knowledge and certifications.
2. Experience with sales automation tools.
3. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
