**Role: HR Recruiter (Non-IT)**
As a Non-IT HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for business development and other non-technical roles within the EdTech industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Handle onboarding processes and initial HR formalities
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (preferably non-IT)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in EdTech or sales hiring is a plus
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Goregaon, Mumbai
- Age below 30 years
