**The Role**

Kyndryl India is on the lookout for dynamic Experts to join our Banking & Financial Services Customer Unit. The selected individuals will be at the forefront of fostering and strengthening client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery

As SME, you will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing business opportunities within the Banking & Financial Services sector. Your role will involve:

- Engaging with key stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and align Kyndryl’s offerings with their business objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance client capabilities and drive digital transformation.
- Leading customer engagements, from initial contact through to solution delivery and post-implementation support.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to position Kyndryl as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
- Contributing to the development of strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with client needs and Kyndryl’s business goals.

- A track record of meeting defining transformation and regulation compliance metrics

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable
