**Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Pursue Opportunities**:

- Actively search for relevant projects and bidding opportunities on online platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
- Analyze project requirements and determine if they align with capabilities and offerings.
- Develop a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry and emerging trends to identify potential business areas.
- **Proposal Development**:

- Craft persuasive and customized proposals that effectively communicate value proposition.
- Highlight relevant experience, expertise, and case studies to demonstrate our capabilities.
- Tailor proposals to meet specific client needs and requirements.
- **Client Interaction and Relationship Building**:

- Establish rapport with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- **Bid Management**:

- Track bidding activities, monitor project timelines, and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Analyze bidding performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities and explore potential partnerships.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years experience in online bidding and proposal writing.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
