The Continental Chef is responsible for creating and executing high-quality dishes focusing on Pizza, Burgers, Steak, Fried Chicken, and Desserts within a continental culinary framework. This role requires a strong foundation in culinary techniques and creativity to develop appealing and flavorful dishes while ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
- **Menu Development**:

- Collaborate with the Management to design and update menus that feature a variety of Burgers, Pizzas, Premium Steaks, Delicious Fried Chicken, and Decadent Desserts.
- Stay current with culinary trends and customer preferences to innovate and improve dish offerings.
- **Food Preparation and Cooking**:

- Prepare, cook, and plate burgers, including crafting patties and choosing appropriate toppings and sauces.
- Grill, sear, and cook high-quality steaks to the desired doneness, ensuring optimal flavor and presentation.
- Prepare and fry chicken using various techniques to achieve a crispy exterior and juicy interior, while experimenting with different marinades and coatings.
- Create and present a variety of desserts, including cakes, pastries, and specialty items, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- **Quality Control and Presentation**:

- Ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant’s standards for taste, presentation, and portion sizes before being served.
- Conduct regular tastings and adjust recipes as necessary to maintain high culinary standards.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, providing guidance on best practices for preparing and cooking burgers, steak, fried chicken, and desserts.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, checking quality, and minimizing waste.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
