Performance Marketing

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-based marketing campaigns to drive measurable results and achieve business objectives. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage various digital marketing channels effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to increase user acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI across digital platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute performance-driven campaigns aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.

Manage and optimize paid search (PPC), display advertising, paid social media, and other performance marketing channels.

Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.

Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance, ad creatives, and landing page conversion rates.

Monitor budgets and campaign spend to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve maximum return on investment.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging performance marketing technologies to enhance the company's digital marketing efforts.

Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and high-converting ad copies and landing pages.

Coordinate with external agencies and partners to manage performance marketing campaigns effectively.

Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts on business goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Executive or in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, paid social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.

Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines.

Creative problem solver with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
