**Job Title: Commercial Property Telecaller**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Engagement:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential property owners, landlords, and real estate agents.
- Identify and qualify commercial properties available for rent through effective questioning and active listening.
- Database Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property details, owner information, and communication history in the CRM system.
- Regularly update and cleanse the database to ensure data accuracy.
- Relationship Building:

- Establish and nurture relationships with property owners and real estate professionals to create a network of potential listings.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of listing their commercial properties with our agency.
- Appointment Setting:

- Schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations with our real estate agents.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and appointments.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate market is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma; or a bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Organisational and time-management skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
