Profile: - Senior Executive /Quality & Despatch

Experience:

- Min 2 Years

CTC:

- Upto 4 LPA (Depend on the interview))

Location:

Working Days:

- Sat (Every 2 & 4 Sat is holiday)

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining Incoming material report and Inspection of incoming material.
- Making MRIR of incoming material for indigenous & overseas supplier with BOE & BOL & Checking MTC of incoming material & entering it in excel sheet.
- Making purchase entry of MRIR for indigenous supplier.
- Making documentation of direct dispatch.
- Loading & unloading of material.
- Preparation of offer list with respect to customer PO (like
- product, size, grade, quantity, etc.) to shop floor person for Pricing out material.
- Making PMDC & generating invoice in ERP System for inspected & non-inspected material.
- Generating E-Way bill for supply & job work and forwarding to HO and Filing.
- Raising complain regarding discrepancies in material or discrepancies in test certificates of material to purchase department.
- Making courier of documents for sending it to head office.
- Maintaining records of documents & equipment for ISO-Audit purpose.
- Apart from dispatch, handling inspection related activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
