Affluent Business offer a gamut of different product offerings tailor-made to its customers with seamless touch-points**About** **the** **Role**
- Role involves engagement with Customers, liaisoning with regulators and with internal stake holders to represent case from Customer/ Bank and take remedial action

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guiding Branches/Customer on RBI guidelines related to any Capital account (FDI/ODI/ECB) & Current account (Trade/Outward-Inward Remittances) transactions including requirement of documents and formats.
- Providing end to end support for execution of Capital account transactions like
- ODI, FDI, and ECB.
- Primary scrutiny of documents to minimize observations and resubmission.
- Ensure compliance of regulatory reporting
- s related to Capital account transactions i.e. APR reporting, FC-GPR, FC-TRS, ECB-2 etc.
- Maintain MIS at regional level for all Capital account transactions and ensure branches are maintaining proper files for audit purpose.
- Follow-up with customers for submission of pending regulatory submission.
- Support and accompany Sales/Service staff as and when required for onboarding new clients for Capital account transactions.
- Interact with Compliance, Advisory and Regulatory Team for any clarifications and regularization of violated cases.
- Meeting RBI officers for case specific discussion and attending training sessions organized by RBI on FEMA matters.
- Visiting branches for review of FEMA files to maintain controls.
- Updating Customer on any changes related to guidelines or process.
- Impart training to Sales and Service staff related to RBI regulations and internal process.
- Ensuring nil audit observations

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelors/ Masters Degree from a recognized Institute**
- **Relevant Certifications if any will be an added advantage**Role Proficiencies**:
