INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY (ISRA) is a not-for-profit organization registered under the Indian Trust Act, which is led by a mix of individuals from Social, Educational, Industrial, and corporate backgrounds. There is a sound advisory body that keeps monitoring the progress and advises the board for necessary action. ISRA endeavors to promote women's leadership, and therefore, women from several walks of life have an important leadership role in ISRA. **Job Description: Community Mobilizer**

**About the Role**:
ISRA is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual for the role of Community Mobilizer in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The Community Mobilizer will play a vital role in engaging and empowering local communities to participate in ISRA's initiatives and programs aimed at promoting sustainable livelihoods and community development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door outreach for enrollment of beneficiaries into government welfare schemes and services.
- Report outreach activities, community engagement efforts, and program impact regularly.
- Conduct community assessments to identify needs, priorities, and resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to raise awareness and foster participation in social protection programs and digital literacy initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, local leaders, and stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate community events and camps to disseminate information and gather feedback.
- Provide training and support on digital app usage and government schemes.
- Support the formation of community-based organizations for social empowerment.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of mobilization efforts and provide feedback for program improvement.
- Coordinate with project team and stakeholders to align activities with objectives.
- Represent ISRA in relevant forums and advocate for community needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Understanding of local contexts, cultural dynamics, and social issues in Mathura.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse community members.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Commitment to ISRA's values and mission, with a passion for social justice, community empowerment, and sustainable development.
