We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with more than 3 years of experience in the IT industry to assist our design team in creating intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The major responsibilities of this position will include (but are not limited to):

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Responsible for ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platform.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Assist in the creation of design documentation, such as style guides and design specifications.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
