User Experience Designer

**Overview**

iQuinceSoft is seeking a UI/UX Designer to provide project support for various design needs across the digital organization. In this position, you will be collaborating and working alongside the think tank, editorial, product, and technology to define the experience.

**The major responsibilities of this position will include (but are not limited to)**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify the requirements of user and collaborate with product managers and engineers.
- Designing Layouts for websites, elements and tools such as navigation menu, search boxes, tabs.
- Demonstrate Graphic designing skills with a strong portfolio
- UI/UX Designer is responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with digital tools
- Responsible for ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platform
- Producing high-quality UX design solution through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagram, site maps, and prototype.
- Creating design layout using designing tool like Figma, adobe xd etc.
- Quickly understands the design scopes and come up with design proposals.
- Attention to detail, methodology, good communication skills, and responsiveness.
- Proven work experience as UI/UX designer

**Qualifications**
- Portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of interactive design formats and methodologies, including wireframes, annotations, flows, and user interactions
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of design as it relates to online content, web, and mobile apps, including wireframes, annotations, and user flows
- Ability to engage with others in an environment of learning and constructive dialogue
- Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines
- Professional-level knowledge of industry-standard design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field preferred
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
