**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Hands-on experience with **Photoshop**, **CorelDRAW**, **InDesign**, **Illustrator**, and other design tools.
- Create impactful visual graphics, including brochures, templates, pamphlets, newsletters, and more.
- Design eye-catching creatives for both digital and print media, such as web banners, logos, mailers, newsletters, print ads, OOH creatives, and inserts.
- **UI/UX Design**:

- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, websites, and company branding.
- Ensure user-centered design by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
- Deliver front-end designs adhering to the highest quality standards using HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
- **Creative Development**:

- Visualize and design innovative layouts and themes, aligning with corporate branding guidelines.
- Think out of the box to create unique, creative designs and concepts.
- Develop and present new design standards, enhancing usability and user experience.
- **Technology Awareness**:

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in new media and UI/UX design.
- Adapt to the latest tools and practices for creating exceptional user experiences.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Photoshop**, **CorelDRAW**, **InDesign**, **Illustrator**, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of **HTML** and **CSS** for front-end design.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and UI/UX projects.
- Ability to develop new concepts and translate ideas into visually impactful designs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interact and convey ideas effectively.

**Experience**:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or UI/UX roles.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
