Your Mission:
As our Placement Officer, you will be the catalyst for transforming students' aspirations into reality. Your mission is to collaborate with multiple clients, understand their unique needs, and ensure the seamless placement of their students into rewarding careers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of clients and employers.
- Collaborate closely with Ed-Tech and Training Centers to understand the skill sets of their students.
- Act as a liaison between students and potential employers, facilitating interviews and job placements.
- Provide guidance to students on career pathways, interview preparation, and professional development.
- Track and analyze placement metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and employer needs to enhance placement success.
- Leverage our platform to streamline and optimize the placement process.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Proven experience as a Placement Officer or in a similar role, preferably in the Ed-Tech or Training industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employers.
- Familiarity with placement processes and trends in the job market.
- High energy, creativity, and a proactive approach to challenges.
