**Job Description for Position: Placement Officer**
**We have multiple openings for Placement Officer in various roles for Skill Development Projects across the country.**
**Job Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Determine all placement requirements and assist all Placement Coordinators to exchange the information to ground staff appropriately.
- Maintain knowledge on all requirements regarding human resource and placements to facilitate efficient working of company.
- Manage all student/centre progress and prepare required strategies to complete all programs and ensure compliance to all federal and state regulations.
- Assist and Monitor Placement Coordinators in preparation of student resumes, conduct interviews with all students/centres, provide assistance to all graduates and review all procedures of placement department.
- Collaborate with externship coordinator and program directors to administer all changes.
- Conduct orientation programs for all new students and ensure optimal utilization of all resources and ensure compliance to all agency regulations.
- Prepare data and perform surveys for various team members through accreditation boards.
- Administer and provide assistance to all annual enrollment processes and prepare placement reports and facilitate in community participation.
- Monitor HR database, placement coordinators, recruitment and placement strategies and make efficient decisions on the same.
**Requirements**:
Required Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduate in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Required Experience: 5 years in Skill Training/Placements/Human Resource Management.
Excellent Management and Monitoring Skills
Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Exhibits self-motivation, high work standards and attention to detail
