We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **E-commerce Fulfilment Executive** to manage end-to-end order processing and logistics for our online business. The role involves ensuring smooth and accurate fulfilment across our website and marketplaces

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Management**: Manifest orders accurately across website and marketplace panels.
- **Pick & Pack**: Generate correct picklists, oversee accurate picking, and ensure neat, secure packing.
- **Dispatch Coordination**: Prepare shipments and schedule timely handover to shipping partners.
- **Delivery Tracking**: Monitor delivery timelines, escalate delays to logistics partners, and ensure resolution.
- **Shipping Partners**: Work with multiple logistics providers and handle their respective dashboards/panels.
- **Returns Processing**: Manage product returns efficiently from the website, Amazon, and Myntra, ensuring timely updates in the system.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate fulfilment records and report daily order status.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience in **e-commerce order fulfilment / logistics / warehouse operations** preferred.
- Familiarity with marketplace panels and shipping dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
- Good communication and coordination skills - for customer coordination and support
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge for tracking and reporting.
