We are seeking a motivated **Order Fulfillment Executive** to join our team and ensure seamless processing and delivery of customer orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:

- Manage end-to-end order processing, from receipt to delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all orders in the system.
- **Shipping and Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with logistics partners to streamline shipping and delivery processes.
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues.
- **Inventory Support**:

- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product availability for order fulfillment.
- Communicate stock shortages and assist in replenishment planning.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address queries related to orders, shipping, and delivery timelines.
- Work with the customer service team to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Vendor and Partner Coordination**:

- Liaise with vendors and artisans to ensure timely product readiness for orders.
- Maintain positive relationships to ensure smooth operations.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate order fulfillment reports and share insights with the team.
- Identify trends or bottlenecks and propose solutions for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or related operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
