We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Order Fulfillment Associate to manage the end-to-end order processing cycle on Shopify. This role involves receiving and verifying orders, preparing and packing items, ensuring timely dispatch, and updating tracking information to provide customers with a smooth post-purchase experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and review incoming customer orders through Shopify
- Verify product availability and ensure accurate order details before processing
- Pick, pack, and label items securely for shipment in line with company standards
- Generate and print shipping labels and documentation
- Coordinate with courier partners to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Update order status on Shopify with tracking details for customer visibility
- Monitor order progress and follow up on any shipping delays or issues
- Maintain organized records of all orders, shipments, and returns
- Collaborate with inventory team to track stock movement and update availability
- Provide support to customer service for any order-related queries

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience with Shopify order management (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and courier coordination
- Good communication skills for liaising with courier partners and internal teams
- Proficiency in using Shopify and related order processing tools

**Work Environment**:

- Office/warehouse setting with active involvement in packing and dispatch
- Role may involve occasional lifting of packages

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
