**Job Description: Showroom Order Fulfillment Executive**

**Role**: Order Fulfillment Executive**

**6 days of working**
**Timings - 10AM-7AM**

**Experience Required: 2-4 years **Salary**:*

** ₹2.5 to ₹3 Lakhs per annum**

2. **Shipping and Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with logistics partners to streamline shipping and delivery. - Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues.

3. **Inventory Support**:

- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability for order fulfillment. - Communicate stock shortages and assist in replenishment planning

4. **Customer Support**: - Address queries related to orders, shipping, and delivery timelines. - Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.

5. **Vendor and Partner Coordination**: - Liaise with vendors and artisans to ensure timely product readiness for orders. - Maintain positive relationships to ensure smooth operations.

6. **Reporting and Analysis**: - Generate order fulfillment reports and share insights with the team. - Identify trends or bottlenecks and propose solutions for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or related operations. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive operations. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
