We are looking for a meticulous and organized **Finance & Accounts Executive** to manage day-to-day financial operations for our e-commerce business. The role involves invoicing, expense tracking, reporting, and coordination with fulfilment to ensure smooth financial flow and accurate data for decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Daily Invoicing**: Create accurate invoices for all e-commerce website and marketplace orders received each day.
- **Expense Recording**: Record all company expenses promptly under the correct category.
- **Proforma Invoices**: Prepare proforma invoices as required for vendors and customers.
- **Reporting & Dashboards**: Generate and share daily dashboards with the team, providing key business performance updates using the right data and analytics.
- **Inventory Reporting**: Pull out and reconcile closing stock data at the end of each month.
- **Credit Notes & Returns**: Coordinate with the fulfilment team to process credit notes for returns, exchanges, and order cancellations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate financial records and assist in timely reconciliations.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Background in **Finance / Accounting / Commerce** (B.Com or equivalent preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles (e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software Zoho is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, especially fulfilment and operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
