**Work Schedule**:

- **Day Shift**: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- **Night Shift**: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

**Job Summary**:
The **Claims Process Associate** is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling **residential property damage claims** under **homeowners insurance policies**. This role ensures that each claim is processed in alignment with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of customer service and operational accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and process property insurance claims from **First Notice of Loss (FNOL)** to resolution using **ImageRight** and other tools.
- Determine **coverage and liability** in accordance with policy terms and relevant laws.
- Accurately **estimate damages** using appropriate software such as **Xactimate**.
- Maintain **detailed and organized documentation** of claim files, correspondence, and decisions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, adjusters, and internal departments.
- Identify and escalate **potential fraud** or suspicious activity.
- Ensure compliance with internal workflows, customer service benchmarks, and regulatory standards.
- Prioritize and manage **multiple claims simultaneously** while meeting deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** preferred (in Business, Insurance, or related fields).
- **2-5 years** of relevant experience in property claims handling.
- Proficiency in **claims management systems** and **estimating tools** (e.g., Xactimate).
- Strong **analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills**.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to **work independently**.
- Familiarity with U.S. homeowners insurance policies and regulatory environment is a plus.
