**Role Overview**
The Process Associate will serve as a critical link in managing and streamlining operations for towing companies. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure smooth process execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Process Coordination**: Assist in managing towing operations by coordinating with drivers, clients, and service teams.
- **Task Management**: Assign and monitor tasks based on job priority, location, and resource availability.
- **Communication**: Act as the central point of contact between customers, drivers, and service providers, ensuring effective and professional communication at all times.
- **Scheduling**: Maintain and manage daily schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve real-time challenges, such as delays, routing issues, or client concerns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatch logs, and job statuses in the company's system.
- **Customer Support**: Handle incoming calls, provide service updates, and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all operations.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in a customer service or process management role is advantageous.
- Total work experience of 1 year (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Fluency in English is mandatory).
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
- **Availability**:

- Flexibility to work night shifts, US shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
