Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret insurance, financial, or operational policies.
- Process policy-related documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments and clients to clarify and resolve policy-related queries.
- Ensure policies are in compliance with internal and external guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Participate in audits and reviews related to policy processes.
- Continuously improve processing standards and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Finance and BPO industry practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to handle and interpret complex data and policy information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a BPO or Finance-related role.
- Familiarity with policy management systems and tools.
