**Process Associate: Travel Claims**

**Location: Bangalore/Chennai**

Introduction:
Established in 1993, YRGCARE is a premier non-government organization providing comprehensive HIV services in India. Its objective is to provide prevention, care, support, and treatment services for people living with HIV/AIDS, to prevent new infections, and to ensure that patients and their families are treated with dignity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse, validate and process employee expense claims against the advances issued.
- Collect and maintain all the relevant documentation required to process employee expenses/claims.
- Identify and analyse all discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding items.
- Determine eligibility, applicability and authenticity of the bills, receipts and claims.
- Clear and accurate written and verbal communication with employee regarding advances and claims settlement.
- Establish action plans for each file to bring claims to resolution
- Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards
- Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by policy.
- Performs any other travel or accounting-related duties
- Any other duties assigned by the Expense Management Specialist

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2+ years work experience in handling claims/expenses and accounting.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
